Stop Saying “I’m Sorry” If You Want to Succeed.

Today’s discussion is all about how saying “I’m sorry’ is hurting how others, especially at work, are perceiving you… and therefore regarding you as a leader, confident, and secure in yourself and your ability to lead and grow.

Consider these apologies and see if you can relate –

  • “I’m so sorry to take up so much of your time, but I have an idea.”
  • “I’m sorry, this is probably not what you’re looking for, but here’s the spreadsheet you asked for.”
  • “I’m sorry I was running late.”

RICHquestion –  How many times in a day do you say “I’m sorry” in anyway – at work and at play.
