Each of us will face tough times in our lives. Will we drown in hopelessness or will we cling to our hope in God and trust that He will show us how these struggles have purpose?
In my discussion with Melony Brown, she shared with us her deep thoughts
- Struggles will come. Our attitude toward them either defeats us or fuels us.
- Don’t get stuck in the struggle. Fight to find the lessons and possibly your passion and purpose in life.
- There are some who allow their struggle to defeat them and then get comfortable in the misery. That’s a choice. You can also make the choice to accept the struggle but not let it define you or defeat you. Then, you fight to overcome those struggles with grit, determination, and perseverance.
Consider your RICHquestion – What is the one thing you need to OVERCOME? And, what benefits will it bring into your life?
